The SoCo Empowerment Chamber is a nonprofit business alliance serving Southern Colorado. We support LGBTQ+, women-owned, minority-owned, and allied businesses through education, advocacy, community connection, and inclusive economic development.

What is the Junior Chamber of Commerce?
The Junior Chamber is a youth-focused initiative that provides mentorship, education, and leadership development for young people interested in business and entrepreneurship. It is designed to support future leaders and create early pathways to economic opportunity.
Who can join the Chamber?
Membership is open to businesses, nonprofits, entrepreneurs, professionals, and allies who support inclusive values and community-centered business practices. You do not need to identify with a specific group to join — alignment with our mission is what matters most.
What is the SEC Business & Belonging Guidebook?
The SEC Business & Belonging Guidebook is a curated resource highlighting values-aligned businesses across Southern Colorado. Businesses included in the Guidebook are vetted using the Chamber’s intentionally developed certification standards.
How can I get involved beyond membership?
