Every business featured in the Guidebook is vetted through the SoCo Empowerment Chamber’s intentionally developed certification standard, ensuring that listed organizations operate with integrity, inclusivity, and meaningful commitment to the communities they serve. The Guidebook connects residents, entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and partners to businesses they can trust—strengthening commerce, collaboration, and shared prosperity across Southern Colorado.
